This policy explains how user-submitted reviews are handled.

Moderation

Reviews are held before publication. Moderation can remove spam, threats, irrelevant advertising, impersonation, sensitive personal information or content that appears to be fabricated.

Negative reviews

A low rating or criticism is not by itself a reason to reject a submission.

What reviewers should include

Describe your own experience and relevant context. Do not post passwords, one-time codes, full payment credentials, phone numbers or identity documents.

Editorial reviews

Editorial bookmaker comparisons are separate from player-submitted reviews and should be clearly presented as editorial content.
